Website Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. If a problem occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at our option. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or shipping damage. After 30 days the warranty is a repair warranty for the stated period only unless we determine the product to be faulty. In this case it will be exchanged with a new item. For items purchased from this website, please send the product back to us with a copy of the original sales receipt and state your concern. Refunds & Exchanges
Note: ControlWizardProducts.com assumes no responsibility in the customer’s choice of products purchased from this web site. The descriptions of each product are just that, descriptions.
*All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned within 20 days of the original sale, in its original unused condition and with a copy of the original payment receipt. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO Credit for the shipping and handling amount. If a copy of the payment receipt is not included with your refund or exchange merchandise, a website credit will be issued when the merchandise is returned in its original unused condition.
Your shipping carrier receipt is proof that you shipped it within 20 days of your purchase. There is a NO Return policy for products after the 20 days elapsed. There is a NO Return policy for products that have been opened and/or used unless it is defective. An opened or used product will be covered under its warranty policy.
To request a refund or exchange by phone, please call 1-888-433-6867, ask for Control Wizard Products Service Center and ask for a return authorization number. Return the product and a copy of the receipt in its original packaging and box. Package the product with care, just like it was sent to you. Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box.
*After receiving the shipment and having a chance to examine the product more closely, it is solely up to the customer to decide on whether or not they want the product(s). Should the customer decide not to keep the product(s), it is up to the customer to place it (them) on a carrier to return it to Control Wizard Products before 20 days have passed from the date of the sale. This policy is firm and non-negotiable. Products sent to us after 20 days have elapsed will be held in storage until the customer arranges to have them returned to them. Shipping Options, Charges and Confirmations
How To Determine Shipping Charges Our way of calculating shipping charges are different from most other companies. It is a more honest way to determine shipping. Shipping costs are not completely related to product cost. Our website will calculate shipping charges without you making an order. Simply place the item in the shopping cart by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button. This will take you to the Shopping Cart where you will see the product you selected. Now click on the "CHECKOUT" button. It will take you to a form to fill out with your shipping information. We need this information to get quoted from UPS (United Parcel Service). If you have a coupon code, enter it here. After filling out the form, click on the button that says "CHECKOUT". On this page you will find your shipping options and be able to select your shipping method and/or learn about any cost to you. You can proceed or go back to shopping without placing an order.
GROUND ORDERS Please Read We will begin processing your GROUND shipping orders on the first business day it arrives. Business days start before 2:15 pm Pacific Time. After 2:15 pm Pacific Time all orders are considered to be for the next business day processing. It takes 2 business days for processing; do not count Saturday and Sunday. We will ship your order on the 3rd business day providing product is in stock. Example: If your order is placed on Friday it will not ship until Tuesday of the following week. If there is any delay, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please call us at 1 -(888)-433-6867. We ship UPS Standard Ground within the 48 contiguous United States unless another shipping method is requested with your order. C.O.D. ordering can only be done by calling 1 -(888)-433-6867 and talking to a sales associate. Remember, UPS does not move products on Saturday or Sunday.
AIR ORDERS Please Read We will process and ship your NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY or THREE DAY SELECT order the same day of your order if it is received before 2:15 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Next Day Air orders made on Friday will require an additional UPS charge for delivery on Saturday. UPS does not deliver on Sundays. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as work days. Example: A Second Day Air order made on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday of the next week. A Three Day Select Air order made on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday of the next week. In some instances, very large orders may be held back due to the time it takes to package them especially if the order is made too close to the 2:15 PM cut off time. This determination will be made while you are on the phone making the order. Products not in stock will prompt us to ask for decisions. If there is any delay we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please call us at 1 -(888)-433-6867. Please make Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select orders as early in the day after 9:35 AM Monday through Friday as you can.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail if you order by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation it is most likely because you have either entered your e-mail address incorrectly or your e-mail is not working. Remember that if you enter your e-mail incorrectly we cannot contact you by e-mail. We must rely on your phone number.
